Our Role

DriveMagic provides AI-driven educational content to enhance knowledge of driving rules and improve driving test preparedness. Our Services do not provide legal, financial, or automotive advice. DriveMagic is not responsible for any action or consequence arising from the use or reliance on information obtained from our Services.

Eligibility, Accounts, and Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to use DriveMagic Services. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By registering, you agree:

• You maintain confidentiality of your password and account information.
• You do not share your account with others.

License and Use of Services

DriveMagic grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for personal, educational use only. This license does not permit commercial use without our explicit consent.

Purchases and Fees

Certain premium features require a one-time purchase of our upgrade Plus product. All payments are payable in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable. You authorize DriveMagic to charge your provided payment method for any one-time purchases you make.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., comments, reviews), granting DriveMagic a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify your content in connection with our Services. You represent that you have the right to upload content and that it complies with all applicable laws.

Third-Party Services and Links

DriveMagic Services may link to third-party websites or services. DriveMagic does not endorse and is not responsible for third-party content or practices. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their terms and policies.

Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, design, code, software, and related materials are owned by DriveMagic or our licensors, protected by intellectual property laws. No rights or licenses beyond those expressly granted in these Terms are provided.

Feedback provided by users to DriveMagic may be freely used to improve our Services without obligation or compensation to the provider of such feedback.

Limitation of Liability

DriveMagic and affiliates are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. DriveMagic’s total liability is limited to fees you paid DriveMagic in the preceding 12 months or $100, whichever is greater.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. You consent to the jurisdiction of courts located in King County, Washington, for disputes arising from the Services or these Terms.

General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DriveMagic regarding our Services. DriveMagic may modify these Terms at any time, with continued use constituting acceptance of modifications.
