Help with your account or quiz
We can help with sign-in, missing quiz results, purchases, and access to your quizzes.
I cannot sign in
Use the same sign-in method you used to create your account. For email sign-in, use Forgot password on the login page.
My quiz result is not ready
Allow a moment for your result to save, then use Retry on the result page. You can also check your dashboard in the state where you took the quiz.
I paid but my quizzes are locked
Sign in with the account used for your purchase. If access is still missing, email us with your purchase email and receipt reference.

Include your quiz state, quiz name, and what happened. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details.
